6jjj_ WILLIAMS FORK MINING COMPANY
June 17, 2021
Ms. Robin Reilley
Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street,Room 215
Denver,CO 80203
Re: Williams Fork Mining Company,Permit No. M-84-168
Bond Reduction Application
Dear Ms.Reilley:
With this submittal,Williams Fork Mining Company(WFMC) is requesting approval for bond reduction
at our Williams Fork Pit. Enclosed is the form and cost backup for the request.
The only costs remaining at the Williams Fork Pit is reseeding for failure as the remaining pit disturbance
was final graded, topsoiled and seeded in 2020. The cost estimate is attached to the form. We did not add
indirect costs, assuming that the Division would make those calculations.
The acreage (17.5 acres) included in the reseed for failure calculation was the same number used in the
most recent TR-7 bond calculation. Seed costs and other costs were inflated 3% per year from 2019 to
2021.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
,...a 146L
Graham Roberts
Environmental Supervisor
GCR
[S&GBondReduction.doc]
End
c WFMC file,w/enc
P.O.
