LYONS PIT <br /> Exhibit B-SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 6-17-21 (Vi Lyons) <br /> Lyons Pit is leased BLM land (9.93 acres) Latitude 38deg23'05" N, longitude 105deg34'48" W 1 mi.The <br /> elevation is 6570.The pit is east of Hwy 69 between mile markers 80 and 81. <br /> The Lyons Pit is south of Texas Creek intersection approximately 1.6 miles. <br /> Drainage is sufficient, no standing water,there are no water resources on site. <br /> There is no well on site. Structures near site BLM fence,Sangre de Cristo electric powerline easement, <br /> CDOT easement. <br /> The site is boarded by BLM lands and description of site soils: (90%of site is Coaldale, Slopes are 20-45% <br /> This material is on the mountain slopes and foothills.The parent material consists of residuum <br /> weathered from granite and/or residuum weathered from gneiss. Depth to a root restrictive layer, <br /> bedrock, lithic, is 10-20 inches.The natural drainage class is well drained.Water movement in most <br /> restrictive layer is moderately low.Available water to depth of 60 inches(or restricted depth) is very <br /> low.Shrink-swell potential is low.This soil is not flooded. It is not ponded.There is no zone of water <br /> saturation within a depth of 72 inches. Organic matter content in the surface horizon is about 2 percent. <br /> Non-irrigated land capability classification is 7e. Irrigated land capacity classification is 7e.This soil does <br /> not meet hydric criteria.The calcium carbonate equivalent within 40 inches,typically, does not exceed 3 <br /> percent.
