This decision will be published in the Delta County Independent as soon <br /> as possible. The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment <br /> period. If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become <br /> final. <br /> The Division holds a Corporate Surety bond issued by your company(Bond No. *1400),for this operation <br /> in the amount of$2,500,000.00. The proposed release amount is($50,653.84). <br /> Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Lexon Insurance Company <br /> concerning Bond No. *1400, and is for your information only.
