Plants flower in May and produce <br />fruit in June. <br />Found scattered on moss and duff, in the <br />shade of moist coniferous forests. Also found <br />Fragile rockbrake <br />in crevices in calcareous rocks in shaded <br />Preferred elevation range is higher <br />(Cryptogromma stelleri) <br />localities with dripping water. Elevation range: <br />than the project areas. <br />7,825 - 13,458 feet. New growth produced in <br />spring, dying by late summer. <br />Occurs in wet, saline soils in alcoves, seeps, <br />Kachina fleabane <br />and hanging gardens on sandstone cliffs and <br />No wetlands, seeps or canyons in the <br />(Erigeron kochinensis) <br />canyon walls. Elevation range: 7,526 <br />No Mancos Shale outcrops in the <br />(Gutierrezio elegans) <br />- 7,808 feet.
