<br /> This Special Warranty Deed ("Deed") is executed as of May 5, 2021, by GP GRANBY

<br /> 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite 1000, Los Angeles, California 90067, Attention: Servicing, to
<br /> GRCO LLC,a Missouri limited liability company("Grantee'),whose address is 1701 Macklind Avenue,

<br /> WITNESSETH THAT:
<br /> Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00)and other good
<br /> and valuable consideration,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by Grantee,has granted,bargained,
<br /> sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Grantee, its
<br /> successors and assigns, all that certain fee simple real property situate, lying and being in the County of

<br /> successors and assigns,absolutely and in fee simple.
<br /> AND Grantor,for itself, its successors and assigns,hereby covenants with Grantee, its successors
<br /> and assigns:that Grantor has good right to sell and convey the Property in fee simple;that the Property is
<br /> free and clear of and from all encumbrances made or suffered by Grantor,except as set forth herein and in
<br /> Exhibit B attached hereto,and for the lien of real property taxes not yet required by law to be paid;and that
<br /> Grantor will warrant and defend the Property against any and all encumbrances made or suffered by
<br /> Grantor,except as aforesaid.
