Scott will complete the <br /> permitting process by submitting a Notice to Proceed request along with all required <br /> documentation prior to any work being done on the access. <br /> There is a gas line and water line within the CDOT right-of-way (Exhibit A and Exhibit C1), <br /> outside the parcel and property boundary. <br /> 2.2.4 Operations Area <br /> Included as a portion of Parcel/ Property Boundary description in Section 2.1. <br /> 2.2.5 Dewatering Pipeline <br /> The dewatering pipeline is on private property (Shideler Property) and leased under a Real <br /> Estate Agreement (Attachment B).
