LYONS PIT <br /> Exhibit B-SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 5-24-21 (Vi Lyons) 1/ <br /> Lyons Pit is leased BLM land (9.93 acres) Latitude 38deg23'05" N, longitude 105deg34'48" W 1 mi.The <br /> elevation is 6570.The pit is east of Hwy 69 between mile markers 80 and 81. <br /> The Lyons Pit is south of Texas Creek intersection approximately 1.6 miles. <br /> Drainage is sufficient, no standing water,there are no water resources on site. <br /> There is no well on site. Structures near site BLM fence, Sangre de Cristo electric powerline easement, <br /> CDOT easement. <br /> Mined material is a decomposed granite with a variable thickness and is igneous in nature as per BLM <br /> The site is boarded by BLM lands and the Denver& Rio Grande Railroad that was abandoned in 1938. <br /> 3 , 5an%��.e C�,S�o�v►ter 17 na <br /> a 5 <br />
