The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the <br /> Division on 15 April 2021. <br /> The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The inspections took place on 19 <br /> March through 21 March 2021 <br /> No maintenance issues were identified in the current report with the exception of the need to <br /> clean sediment from East Pyeatt Ponds 91 and 42. <br /> The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/second: <br /> 1. No Name #2, 4, 5 <br /> 2. Johnson #6, 7R, 8R, 9R, and IOR <br /> 3. East Pyeatt #1, 2, 3 <br /> The following ponds held water and where not discharging at the time of inspection: <br /> Coyote I Ute <br /> Middle Flume #1 & #3 1 East Middle Flume <br /> Sediment storage was adequate for all ponds at time of inspection.
