All diversions shall be measured in a manner acceptable to the division engineer. The <br /> Applicant shall install and have approved by the Water Commissioner all structures prior to <br /> any credit or use in this SWSP. The Applicant shall maintain such measuring devices as <br /> required by the division engineer for operation of this SWSP. In addition, the applicant shall <br /> maintain daily records of all diversions, replacements, and the amount of water used for each <br /> particular purpose. The applicant shall provide a report of these records to the division <br /> engineer and the water commissioner on a monthly basis, or more frequent as required, on a <br /> form approved by them. The accounting must be submitted to the division engineer in <br /> Greeley (IDINIR I rvlAccouirntnn state.co.us) and the water commissioners [Jorge Vidal <br /> (�oir e.Vldalstate.co,us), Mark Simpson (Mairk.Slm son6�state.co.us), Shera Sumerford <br /> (51hneira.Suirmneirfoird 9)state.co.us), Lauren Berrien (,La.uiremirn.Beirid'i state.co.u.us), and Brent <br /> Schantz (.13irein-L.Sclhaintz@s-ta-te.co.us)] within 30 calendar days of the end of the month for <br /> which the accounting is being made. Submitted accounting shall conform to the attached <br /> Division One Administration Protocol "Augmentation Plan Accounting". <br /> In addition, the applicant shall verify that each entity making replacements for this plan, <br /> have included this plan in their respective accounting submitted to the division engineer. For <br /> this plan period those entities are the City of Longmont, Centennial Water and Sanitation <br /> District, City of Westminster, and City of Thornton. <br /> 10. All return structures utilized in this plan must have a measuring device equipped with an <br /> electronic recording device and must be approved by the water commissioner prior to use. In <br /> addition, all charts or other output data associated with each measuring device utilized in this <br /> plan must be provided in a timely manner acceptable to all of the water commissioners <br /> identified herein. <br /> 11. The Applicant shall be required to notify and obtain approval of the Water Commissioners in <br /> writing a minimum of 48 hours, or as required by each individual Water Commissioner, of all <br /> planned releases and exchanges, including but not limited to, location, amount, and timing <br /> (start and end dates). In addition, the Applicant will coordinate deliveries of changed shares <br /> back to the river from the Whitney Ditch, the Fulton Ditch, the Brighton Ditch, and the <br /> Greeley Irrigation Canal with the Water Commissioners. Aggregate will track and provide the <br /> amount of water available, the amount of water requested, and the amount of water <br /> delivered on a daily basis or as required by the water commissioner. <br /> 12. The Division Engineer, or his designated representative, will administer all such water <br /> transported in the South Platte River or its tributaries under this SWSP, including water for <br /> replacement of depletions, past intervening headgates to ensure that such water is not <br /> intercepted or otherwise diminished in quantity by diversion, use or other interference by <br /> intervening water rights and to assure that such water remains available and suitable for <br /> Applicant's uses under this SWSP, except when any intervening headgate is diverting the <br /> entire flow of ("sweeping") the river. In the event that delivery past headgates which sweep <br /> the river requires the installation of a bypass structure or the use of an existing bypass <br /> structure by agreement with a third-party, Applicant is responsible for either installing a new <br /> bypass structure with a continuous recording measuring device(s) as approved by the Water <br /> Commissioner or securing an agreement with a third-party to use an existing bypass structure <br /> and providing such information and agreement to the Division Engineer. <br />
