3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> BLM Tres Rios Field Office recommends these data be determined with input given during the <br /> site visit with Fedmal and State peisunnel. (Souice. item 3b. of BLM Ties Rius Field Office <br /> response to initial NOI (case file number COC-80448) application.) <br /> The 2 drill pads and 200 feet of new road will be reclaimed by putting back the 259.3 cubic <br /> yards of material that were initially moved to create them (see III. 5 above). <br /> A one foot depth of topsoil will be removed and replaced for both roads and drill pads. The soil <br /> 4. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required <br /> abandonment procedures): <br /> A "spider" style hole plug will be inserted several feet down the drill hole which will then <br /> e filled with a bago en oni e to the su ace. Plugging will occur upon the comp a ion <br /> of each drill hole. As stated in item III. 6. K above, the bottoms of the drill holes will be <br /> above water table. <br /> 5.
