Exhibit l <br /> Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> Permanent Man-made Structures: <br /> Provide information sufficient to demonstrate that the stability of any structures located within two <br /> hundred (200)feet of the operation or affected land will not be adversely affected: <br /> The Excel power line and AT&T phone line currently cross or enter the mining operation.These <br /> structures have been associated with the mining operation since it was first permitted in 1977. In <br /> addition, Boulder County Road 128 runs adjacent to existing structures located just south and east of <br /> CR 128.These structures will not be impacted by the proposed activities associated with the permit <br /> amendment. Compensation agreements are not part of this amendment since this is an existing mining <br /> operation and the structures, as noted above, have been associated with this operation since 1977, if <br /> not earlier. <br /> The three water wells are part of the existing mining operations. As such,they do not require <br /> compensation agreements. <br />
