<br /> 8. Reclamation Measures:
<br /> Pitchers will be taken befor and after reclamation. There will be ten ( 10 ) pits total, Each pit 15' radius, 12' deep will be
<br /> reclaimed befor the next pit is started - max 2 weeks. Top soil is approxamtiy 12" deep and will be set next to pit to be
<br /> mantained/watered. Tailing will stockpiled next to pit to be replaced in the order it came out. Pay will be ran then replaced, then
<br /> tailing, then top soil. Top soil will be seed, watered and have hay placed over to help with regrowth. Seeds are native and will
<br /> come from a companie with a " Safe Seed Pledge " . Seeding method will be by hand. All driving will be on top surface only no
<br /> need to make roads, I will dive to each pit on top surface to do as little disturbance as possable. Any roads will be reclamed in the
<br /> same maner, seed water and hay. Area will be monitored periodically to asure proper growth and prevent erosion. Two - 2 Ponds
<br /> will be reclaimed at the end of the year, Ponds will have pond liners and has existing ditch to help with water management/
<br /> flood /storm water plan.We will bring in all of our water. Water to be taken for Platte Canyon Water Fillup Station. I have a 350
<br /> gallon water tank, I will fill up everyday on my way to work. Ponds will be reclaimed in the same maner refilled with tailings,
<br /> seeded watered and hay placed over the affected area. There are no abandon drill hole in the area.please see blm maps and
