This was done clear back in 1948. None <br /> of the language in the deed says sand, gravel etc. Just language for drilling. <br /> I believe they are dead, if you know Richard Taylor(Not my father-in-law) he is married to <br /> Lynn. Anyhow those were his grandparents and they are never gonna take care of these <br /> To get it out of probate.
