EXHIBIT M <br /> OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br /> 6.4.13 (1) An Effluent Discharge permit is not required. There will <br /> be no effluent in our operation. <br /> (2) Air Quality Emissions permit is not required. Our <br /> operation will be well under the 70,000 ton annual <br /> limit. <br /> (3) No radioactive source material will be generated or <br /> used in this operation. <br /> (4) The file search from the Colorado Historic Preservation <br /> is attached. This search showed nothing on file. We <br /> will be responsible to report any artifacts or remains to <br /> the proper authorities. <br /> (5) A Corps of Engineers 404 Dredge and Fill permit is not <br /> required. The operation will not affect navigable waters. <br /> There will be no water well on the site. <br /> (6) No explosives will be used in our production. <br /> (7) Highway access will be from the county pit to county <br /> road 13. No access permit will be required. <br /> (8) This is a privately owned site. US Forest.
