Overburden will be placed on the north side, south of the topsoil <br /> As each 10+/- acre plot is mined out, we will begin to replace <br /> overburden and topsoil to start the regeneration of plant material. . <br /> The resources of the local Natural Resources Conservation Service will <br /> be used for advice on need for soil tests, terracing, and seeding to insure <br /> success for our reclamation. Placing 3 to 4 inches of topsoil should give <br /> an ample root zone to start grass to growing. <br />
