Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil CONIMENTS This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork; C1981044, operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Temperature was approximately 65 degrees F, skies were clear and winds were calm. Roads into the site are in good repair with no ruts or standing water. PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: o Mid Term UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: o Phase I in October for 60 acres at the portal and 30 acres at refuse pile. MAINTENANCE ITEMS 1. Flume at SPI needs repairs. INSPECTION GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. Seeding at the northwest corner of the site was completed in fall of 2020 and is emerging with good success. There was no activity occurring at the site, and little activity occurred during the 2020 field season due to COVIDI9. Reclamation comprising topsoil and regarding at the refuse pile was completed in December 2020, and seeding is scheduled to occur in the next week or two. SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs.
