Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork; C1981044, operated by Moffat County <br /> Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. Temperature was approximately 65 degrees F, skies were clear and winds <br /> were calm. Roads into the site are in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o Mid Term <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o Phase I in October for 60 acres at the portal and 30 acres at refuse pile. <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> 1. Flume at SPI needs repairs. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Seeding at the northwest corner of the site was completed in fall of 2020 and is emerging with <br /> good success. There was no activity occurring at the site, and little activity occurred during the <br /> 2020 field season due to COVIDI9. Reclamation comprising topsoil and regarding at the refuse <br /> pile was completed in December 2020, and seeding is scheduled to occur in the next week or <br /> two. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 9 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
