EXHIBIT B <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> COUNTY: Lincoln <br /> OPERATOR: Castle Rock Construction Co.of Colorado,LLC <br /> 1. The area designated within the pit limits is currently being fanned and is very flat. <br /> 2. Soils on the Farm land are flat top,typical of Lincoln County. <br /> 3. The spoil is comprised of Manzanst clay, Bankard-Glenberg and Las Animas Sand Loam. <br /> 4. Topsoil is varying in depth from 10-16" <br /> 5. The soil beneath the topsoil is sandy which will be used as fill embankment. <br /> 6. The existing area has been tilled to start fanning but to many roots have impacted the <br /> ability to farm it from trees that have been removed by a previous land owner years ago. <br /> 7. The land is very flat with only slight drainage away from the farm land. <br /> 8. The water source for the site is being bought from the town of Kit Carson <br /> 9. A well is located on the property but we are not using any water from it. <br /> 10. Structures are not located within 200 linear feet of this borrow pit <br /> 11. Two Trees occupies this pit but will not be damaged or mined within 10 feet of the <br /> dripline of the tree. <br />
