However, such a statement is required for 110d Limited Impact Operations. <br /> The Operator/Applicant may contact the local CPW representative to verify that no critical or important <br /> wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by the proposed operation. <br /> CPW have confirmed that Penn Mine operations will not impact wildlife.
