Methods of secondary <br /> containment at this facility include a combination of structures, berms, site topography and spill <br /> response (sorbents). <br /> Other containment in transfer locations and other parts of the facility: <br /> • Drip pans. Fill ports for all AST's are equipped with drip pans to contain minor leakage <br /> from piping/hose connection; <br /> • Absorbent material. Spill cleanup kits are located as shown on the Plan map. The spill <br /> kits are situated within close proximity oil/fuel storage and handling areas for rapid <br /> deployment should a spill occur; and <br /> • Unloading Pad. The concentrator delivery/transfer area is a concrete pad sloped into the <br /> center to contain a spill should it occur. <br /> 3.5 Practicality of Secondary Containment(40 CFR 112.7(d)) <br /> OSMI management has determined that secondary containment is practicable at this facility. <br /> 3.6 Inspections,Tests and Record (40 CFR 112.7(e)) <br /> As required by the SPCC rule, OSMI performs all inspections,tests and evaluations listed in <br /> Table 3.2 which tabulates the various inspections and tests performed at the facility.The <br /> inspections are further described in this section and in the respective sections that describe <br /> various parts of the facility. <br /> Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan 15 1 P a g e <br />
