The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me,Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. The vegetation is <br /> beginning to green and there was some light snow at the higher elevations. Ponds appeared to be holding <br /> water and with one exception,no discharge was detected in the imagery. Main haul roads in good repair. <br /> No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. Skies appeared clear. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> None at this time <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is for the most part complete and executed as permitted. Reclamation appears stable. <br /> Reclamation activities,for the most part,have been completed at the site. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads appeared stable and in good condition. <br /> o No rutted areas or areas of standing water were noted in the imagery. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow 4.05.3; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7; Impoundments <br /> 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; Surface and Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> o Ponds and stock tanks appeared to be holding water. <br /> o No discharge was noted in drainages or most ponds in the imagery.
