Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Yoast Mine, C 1994082, operated by Seneca Property LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles. The images were analyzed and the report <br /> prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared clear. The vegetation is beginning to <br /> green. Ponds appeared to be holding water and no discharge was detected in the imagery. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is for the most part complete and executed as permitted. With the exception of structure pads all <br /> structures have been demolished. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the facilities appeared in good repair without standing water or ruts. <br /> o No activity is going on at the site as the site has been reclaimed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland <br /> Flow 4.05.3;Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures <br /> 4.05.7;Impoundments 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; <br /> Surface and Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> o Reconstructed drainages appeared to be functioning adequately. <br /> o No pond discharge was noted in the imagery, and no flow in constructed drainages was observed. <br /> SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE-Rule 4.12 <br /> o The site,in the past,has experienced soil movement in the form of slumps and slides.
