The Division has reviewed and accepted your response. On May 12, 2021, <br /> the Division approved the Technical Revision application addressing the following: <br /> Reclamation Tree Planting Methods & Success Criteria. <br /> The terms of the TR-126 approved by the DRMS are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-244. <br /> All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br /> The Division has reviewed the change associated with TR-126 for impacts to the financial warranty and <br /> has determined that this change does not require an increase to the current reclamation liability. Therefore, <br /> the surplus warranty remains at$959,887.00, last adjusted with the approval of SA-02 on November 12, <br /> 2019.
