Cultural Resource Site Assessments for Colowyo Coal Company L.P.'s, Collom Expansion <br /> Project,Moffat County, Colorado; <br /> 2. Data Recovery Results Report for Sites 5MF.8393, 5MF.8394, and 5MF8395 as part of Colowyo <br /> Coal Company's Collom Expansion Project,Moffat County, Colorado; <br /> 3. Data Recovery Results Report for Site 5MF.8490 as part of Colowyo Coal Company's Collom <br /> Expansion Project,Moffat County, Colorado; and <br /> 4. Cultural Resource Site Assessments in 2019 for Colowyo Company Collom Project,Moffat <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> We find the referenced documentation acceptable as we do Tri-State's request to relinquish <br /> archaeological monitoring as required by Exhibit 5, Item 3. Additionally,we find the revisions to this <br /> exhibit as presented by your January 2021 correspondence satisfactory as written. <br /> Should unidentified archaeological resources be discovered in the course of the project,work must be <br /> interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National Register eligibility criteria(36 <br /> CFR 60.4) in consultation with our office pursuant to 36 CFR 800.13. Also, should the consulted-upon <br /> scope of the work change please contact our office for continued consultation under 36 CFR part 800. <br /> We respectfully remind all parties that timely notification and consultation is a critical step that we <br /> anticipate will occur in the future. <br /> We thank you for the opportunity to comment.
