Based on the findings of the Board in the public record of the February 28, 2017 Board of <br />County Commissioners meeting, Condition . J of Conditional Use Permit 07-003 is amended to <br />provide: <br />J. All blasting conducted shall be done in accordance with appropriate industry standards and <br />as prescribed by the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
