<br />1.0 INTRODUCTION
<br />As part of their operations, Bowie Resources, LLC plans to increase the
<br />maximum height of gob pile #2. As part of the design development process, Huddleston -
<br />Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) was retained by Bowie Resources to
<br />evaluate the proposed full buildout of gob pile #2.
