COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />6 May 2021 <br />Miranda Kawcak <br />Moffat County Mining, LLC <br />29515 Routt County Road #27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Williams Fork Mine Permit; C1981044 <br />DMR DRMS Review 2020 Quarter 4 <br />Dear Ms. Kawcak: <br />Thank you for your submittal of the 2020 quarter four Discharge Monitoring Report for the Williams Fork Mine. <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division), has reviewed the above referenced <br />report. The report was received by The Division on 25 March 2021. The report covers the timeframe of October <br />through December 2021 for discharge and summarizes the annual Chronic WET testing required by the discharge <br />permit. <br />This report appears to comply with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(111). <br />No discharge from outfalls 003A, 022A and 024A were recorded during the quarter. Chronic WET <br />testing was undertaken for outfalls 022A, 024A, and 003A.
