Hydrology CDRMS Section 2 05.6 of the permit requires MCM to submit the AHR by <br /> Report filing regulation March 30 each year.The Division received MCM s 2019 AHR on <br /> frequency 4.05.13(4)(c) <br /> April 2,2020. <br /> 2. Timely filing of March 30, See above. <br /> hydrology Section 2.05.6 of <br /> report the permit. <br /> 3. Filing frequency All filing dates do not appear to have been met. The Division <br /> of NPDES received Q3 and Q4 2019 DMRs in October 2019 and February <br /> Discharge NPDES permit CO-0034142 2021 respectively. The AHR indicates that monitoring occurred <br /> Monitoring monthly and quarterly for outfalls 003, and 022 as required. <br /> Reports <br /> 4. It appears that monthly <br /> sampling occurred. Outfalls 003 and 024 did not discharge in 2019. <br /> Quarterly sampling occurred for total dissolved solids,iron, and <br /> 6. Parameters to be manganese at outfalls 003. Chronic WET testing took place on an <br /> sampled for NPDES permit annual basis. The spoil spring (1 SP),was sampled on a bi weekly <br /> NPDES CO-0034142 basis. Table 4 indicates quarterly sampling of TDS should occur <br /> and bi monthly sampling of iron. Tables 3B and 4 of the AHR have <br /> reporting discrepancies between them. <br /> 7. NPDES NPDES permit TDS concentrations appeared consistent with historic data,while <br /> discharge CO-0034142 recoverable iron shows a slight upward trend within historic ranges. <br /> limitations Points 9003 and 9004 experienced no flow in 2017. <br /> Seasonal discharge occurred at I SP. No recorded discharge from <br /> any on site sediment pond occurred during 2019. <br /> Based on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Division <br /> of Reclamation,Mining and Safety and the Water Quality Control <br /> Division(WQCD),the WQCD enforces CDPS permit conditions. <br /> CWQCC The receiving waters (Segment 13b) are designated "Use- <br /> 8.
