After review of the responses the <br /> Division has additional items that need to be addressed or clarified. <br /> GENERAL: <br /> The Operator was given a due date of April 19, 2021 to address all comments, numbered 1 thru 20, in the <br /> review memo.The Operator only responded to comments 4 thru 20.To date the Operator has not <br /> addressed items 1, 2, and 3 nor has the Operator requested an extension to the due date. Provide a <br /> status update of these items. A separate and formal extension request to the due date will be needed. <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 2020 MONITORING REPORT: <br /> 1. The Division acknowledges there is no total or dissolved fractions for chloride when analyzing using <br /> EPA Method 300. However, is there a laboratory method that would demonstrate compliance with <br /> WQCC Regulation 41 Table 2 for dissolved chloride? <br /> 2. Response was adequate. <br /> 3. Please provide documentation demonstrating when the last quarter that groundwater and surface <br /> water sampling was conducted, following the approved CAPP, with all the appropriate CA/QC <br /> samples collected. <br /> 4. See item#3. <br /> S. Response was adequate. <br /> 6.
