Wein <br /> <br />RE: Lyster Pit - File No. M-2008-009, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-2) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on May 5, 2021, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies, whose address <br />and telephone number are 2273 River Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505; (970) 243-4900, filed an <br />application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 2) to M2008009, Lyster Pit, which is located <br />approximately 4 miles South of Craig, Section 8, Township 6N, Range 90W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Moffat County. <br /> <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies has submitted a request for an acreage reduction of 37.10 <br />acres at the Lyster Pit. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for July 5, 2021. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Clayton C. Wein at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8144. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
