LANDFILL BACKFILL
SAND AND GRAVEL PLANT
OBJECTIVE_ LESSOR plans to farm the acreage and the pit area after the
expiration of the Lease. including any extensions. The pit area should be graded
sufficiently to accommodate an irrigation pivot system.
Phase 1:
Crush and bring to grade existing surface the exposed gravel dirt located at the
north end of the pit area_ LESSEE will cooperate with the agricultural
landscaping objective and the agricultural landscaping company. hired by the
LESSOR. to bring to grade the surface exposed gravel.
Phase 2:
Crush and bring to grade the exposed gravel dirt located at the mid-point of the
pit area. LESSEE will cooperate with the agricultural landscaping objective and
the agricultural landscaping company. hired by the LESSOR. to bring to grade
the surface exposed gravel.
Phase 3:
Crush and bring to grade the exposed gravel dirt located at the south end of the
pit area. LESSEE will cooperate with the agricultural landscaping ob;ectik•e and
the agricultural landscaping company, hired by the LESSOR. to bring to grade
the surface exposed gravel.
:Materials and Grade:
LESSEE will use what topsoil backfill is available on site or supplied by
LESSOR. LESSEE is not required to bring topsoil or backfill to the site. The
excavated areas will be graded to 3 to I or less. If material is available. 6
inches of topsoil in the excavated areas.
