We do not have a color copy of this agreement, as it was faxed (using a black and white fax- <br /> machine) and not scanned. We have not been able to locate a copy in color. A larger copy <br /> of the fax is provided at Attachment F. <br /> b. The County Road Supervisor signed a structure agreement, a copy of which was provided <br /> together with Items 5 and 6 above. I have forwarded the electronic copy which I sent to Ms. <br /> Mitchell, so you can see the time-date group on the message.
