<br /> O'Rourke Excavating, Inc., 140 Daniel Lane, South Fork, CO 81154, (719)580-9602, (the
<br /> "Applicant/Operator") has filed an application for a Limited Impact (110) Construction Materials Operation
<br /> Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Reclamation Board (the "board") under provisions of the
<br /> Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed operation is
<br /> known as the Schoen Farm, M-2020-062, is located in Sec 29, T40N, R04E, loth (NM) PM, Rio Grande
<br /> County. The proposed date of commencement is approximately 1 May 2021, and proposed date of
<br /> completion is 31 December 2023. The proposed future use of the land is irrigated cropland/pasture. Additional
<br /> information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Colorado Division of Reclamation,
<br /> Mining,and Safety(DRMS),1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver,Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567 and
<br /> the Rio Grande County Clerk and Recorder, Courthouse, 965 6th Street, Del Norte, or the above-named
<br /> applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the Rio Grande Courthouse and at the DRMS
<br /> office.Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by DRMS
<br /> by 4 PM on 17th April 2021 within ten 10 days after the date of the applicant's news pa r publication.
