WASTELINE and its clients are very willing to submit requests
and comments to whichever agency can authorize this, because it is a growing problem. Is this something
that requires legislative action? In addition to lost USPS delivery (example, a green card not yet received
18 days after confirmed delivery), we have still not received documents mailed hard copy from the
Division as much as two weeks ago, and have only been able to proceed due to receiving electronic
copies. First-class mail, certified, and registered mail is frequently taking 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Please feel free to contact me at any time with any and all questions and concerns. Thank you for
your help in this matter.
Respectfully,
Nathan A. Barton, CE, PE, DEE, Comptroller,
WASTELINE, INC.
