EXHIBIT E — RECLAMATION PLAN
Our reclamation efforts for the area which we disturb will be directed to restoring the affected
area to grazing land.
The following summary outlines the work phase procedures that will be used as a guide to
achieve the reclamation plan.
1) The top 6 inches approximately of top soil in the pit, stockpile, and access road areas will be
stripped and stockpiled for future use in reclamation of the area.
2) Any excess overburden in the areas where we excavate will also be stripped and stockpiled.
3) All backslopes created by our operation will be left no steeper than 3:1.
4) At the completion of our operations, all locations in the affected area that had overburden
removed or vegetation disturbed will be ripped a minimum depth of 6 inches.
5) Any stockpiled overburden will then be spread uniformly over the bottom of our excavation
and the stockpiled 6 inches of top soil will be spread uniformly over the areas from which it
was removed.
6) All areas that were disturbed will be prepared and reseeded according to the revegetation
recommendations.
