These products will be produced using processing equipment onsite and leave the site via the <br /> existing access for use in construction projects in the area. <br /> 6. Access and Roads <br /> The existing access to the property on the north end will remain in place and be used throughout <br /> the life of the mine. Internal roadways will be developed and maintained as needed to facilitate <br /> the mining of the deposit and successful reclamation of the mining activity. <br /> 7. Explosives and Blasting <br /> No explosives will be used on site.No blasting will take place as part of mining. <br /> 8. Topsoil and Overburden Handling <br /> Topsoil and overburden will be stripped in advance of mining. Said material will be used to <br /> backfill slopes to final grades and topsoil in advance of seeding for reclamation. <br /> 8.1 To soil StockLile <br /> Topsoil will not have to be stockpiled to a great extent during the life of the mine.The topsoil <br /> that is removed in advance of mining call be used to reclaim the previously mined out areas, <br /> removing the need for large amounts of topsoil stockpiling during mining.
