Consideration of 110d Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application

Please be advised that on April 26, 2021, Salisbury Gladstone LLC, whose address and telephone number are
15954 Jackson Street Parkway Suite B281, Monument, CO 80132; [phone], filed an application to
conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 34, Township 3S, Range 73W,
06th Principle Meridian, in Clear Creek County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in
more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Mining post-
mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for May 26, 2021.

A copy of the application is available for review at the Clear Creek County Clerk & Recorder's office and at
the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.

activity if none are received by the end of the public comment period.
