<br /> <br />Notice of Proposed Decision <br /> <br /> <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to Bond <br />Release Application No. 1 (SL-1) for the Fruita Loadout, Permit No. C-2010-088. Cam Colorado, <br />LLC has completed Phase I, II and III reclamation requirments for the 208.6 acres of the Fruita <br />Loadout. CAM Colorado, LLC has also completed the requirements for termination of jurisdiction <br />of the loadout.This decision constitutes a full release of reclamation liability for the Fruita Loadout. <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is proposing to terminate its jurisdiction over this entire <br />coal mining operation. The loadout operation is operated by CAM-Colorado, LLC under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond release <br />application was submitted by CAM-Colorado, LLC on November 17, 2020. CAM-Colorado, LLC <br />requested the Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Termination of Jurisdiction of the Fruita Loadout. The <br />request includes all 208.6 acres of permitted land, all of which were never disturbed by mining or <br />reclamation activities.
