<br />A legal description of the parcels within the proposed mine permit boundary (existing permitted area + proposed
<br />spur amendment area) was prepared by Gillians Land Consultants on October 8, 2020. The proposed mine
<br />permit boundary has an approximate area of 749.3 acres.
<br />1.1 WALSTRUM QUARRY GENERAL LOCATION
<br />The Walstrum Quarry, comprised of the current permitted area and the proposed amended area, is located in
<br />Section 34, Section 35, and NW'/< of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6th P.M. and N'/ of
<br />Section 2 and NE'/< of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 72 West of the 6�h P.M., County of Clear Creek, State
<br />of Colorado.

<br />The legal descriptions for individual parcels within the proposed Spur Amendment area are described in this
