Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection by Leigh Simmons of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety <br /> (Division).The weather was cloudy,dry and windy.The Bear mine permit is revoked and the site has been <br /> reclaimed. There was no sign of any recent disturbance and access to the site was restricted by a locked gate. <br /> Red Dog Enterprises,LLC.had been contracted by Jeff Litteral of the Division's Inactive Mine <br /> Reclamation Program to apply a soil amendment to approximately four acres at the site.The amendment is <br /> designed to promote growth of desirable vegetation via naturally occurring,organic micronutrient fertilizers.Per <br /> the agreed project document,the treatment rate was determined to be 300 pounds per acre, and the product was to <br /> be applied via an ATV attached broadcast spreader. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): <br /> The gate had been repaired and was securely locked. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> White granules of the soil amendment product(Nutrafix)were visible all over the reclaimed area.
