Reilley, GISP <br /> <br />RE: Dougherty Pit - File No. M-1978-079, Lincoln County <br /> Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 16, 2021, Lincoln County, whose address and telephone number are PO box <br />39, Hugo, CO 80821; (719) 743-2337, filed an application for a/an Permit Conversion (CN- 1) to <br />M1978079, Dougherty Pit, which is located approximately 7 miles South of Karval, Section 26, Township <br />16S, Range 55W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Lincoln County. <br /> <br />Request for a 110c to a 112c conversion application, adding 10 acres to the approved permit area for a total <br />permit area of 19.87 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for July 15, 2021. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Robin A. Reilley, GISP at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8105. <br /> <br />Lincoln County is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of <br />the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the <br />reclamation plan, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the newspaper public notice to be <br />considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the <br />newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public <br />comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
