Reilley, GISP RE: Dougherty Pit - File No. M-1978-079, Lincoln County Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) Please be advised that on April 16, 2021, Lincoln County, whose address and telephone number are PO box 39, Hugo, CO 80821; (719) 743-2337, filed an application for a/an Permit Conversion (CN- 1) to M1978079, Dougherty Pit, which is located approximately 7 miles South of Karval, Section 26, Township 16S, Range 55W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Lincoln County. Request for a 110c to a 112c conversion application, adding 10 acres to the approved permit area for a total permit area of 19.87 acres. The application decision is scheduled for July 15, 2021. Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Robin A. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
