Lundy <br />Lincoln County <br />PO box 39 <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br /> <br />RE: Dougherty Pit - File No. M-1978-079, <br /> Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lundy: <br /> <br />On April 16, 2021, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your Permit <br />Conversion application for the Dougherty Pit 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit, <br />which is located in Lincoln County. All comment and review periods began on April 16, 2021, <br />and a decision date has been set for July 15, 2021. <br /> <br />Newspaper publication of a notice (published once a week for four consecutive weeks) regarding <br />the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands <br />that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days of <br />submittal.
