The purpose of this addendum is to complete a professional <br /> survey of the area,memorializing and marking the Carlton Tunnel affected lands boundary in the accurate <br /> location. Due to varying and unpredictable weather in the winter and spring, CC&V will submit this <br /> addendum to DRMS on or before June 30, 2021. <br /> Background: <br /> On August 5,2020, CC&V representatives committed to submitting a technical revision to mark the <br /> affected area boundaries at the Carlton Tunnel, as a solution to a fording, which identified the boundary <br /> unmarked during a routine inspection by the Division. Details of this commitment are outlined in a letter <br /> dated August 6,2020 from DRMS to CC&V.This technical revision was submitted to DRMS on <br /> September 30, 2020, and approved by the Division after one round of adequacy review on November 18, <br /> 2020. As a follow-up action to close out the fording, CC&V inadvertently staked the boundary in the <br /> wrong location, and as a result, a stakeholder filed a complaint with DRMS in December of 2020.
