Attachment 12 demonstrates confirmation of mineral fee payment to the <br /> DRMS portal. This report covers the 2020 reporting period. <br /> Revortable Conditions: <br /> On December 23,2020,DRMS approved the Amendment 13 application to Office of Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board Permit M-1980-244 to add an additional 107 million tons of leach capacity by <br /> constructing Phase 3 of Valley Leach Facility 2 (VLF2). This application included: <br /> • Design and construction of a new phase to VLF2 known as Phase 3, which will include a <br /> new pregnant solution storage area(PSSA); and <br /> • Modify the backfilling sequence and final reclamation plan for the Schist Island mine area <br /> and Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Area (SGOSA) to accommodate the new leach <br /> capacity. <br /> Technical Revisions (TRs)under Amendment 12 were submitted to, and approved by, the DRMS <br /> during the reporting period(2020) for: <br />
