Scott <br /> <br />RE: Nix Sand & Gravel Mine - File No. M-2001-046 , Ready Mixed Concrete Company, <br />LLC <br /> Amendment Application (AM -1) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on March 19, 2021 , Ready Mixed Concrete Company, LLC, whose address <br />and telephone number are 11778 Highway 52, Fort Lupton, CO 80621; filed an application for <br />a/an Amendment (AM -1) to M2001046, Nix Sand & Gravel Mine, which is located approximately <br />4 miles West of Platteville, Section 28, Township 3N, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Weld County. <br /> <br />AM01 will add 149.6 acres of affected area within the existing 307.2 acre permit boundary and <br />modify the mining and reclamation plans accordingly. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for June 17, 2021.
