The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br />Reilley of the DRMS. Temperature was approximately 33 degrees F, skies were partly cloudy <br />with a light wind. <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br />Mid Term 8 <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br />None at the time of inspection. <br />INSPECTION <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br />Seeding at the northwest corner of the site was completed in fall of 2020. There was no activity <br />occurring at the site. Reclamation comprising topsoil and regarding at the refuse pile was <br />completed in December 2020. Seeding is scheduled to occur in spring 2021. The inspection <br />comprised sampling topsoil depths in the recently reclaimed refuse pile. Wildlife; deer, antelope <br />and red tail hawks were observed at the site during the course of the inspection. <br />SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br />o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br />o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points, (entrances along highway <br />13), were intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone <br />number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
