Exhibit L Reclamation Costs <br /> Reclamation will be completed when feasible during the mining of the site <br /> if it can be done without interuption to the mining activities. As decribed <br /> the site will be returned to cropland as was it's previous use. Any <br /> reclamation not completed during the mining will be done at the <br /> completion of the mining activities. The rough grading and sloping will be <br /> accomplished during the mining activities leaving the final grading and <br /> topsoil placement as the last item to address. Topsoil will be placed at the <br /> designed depth of 6" by scraper and finished graded by a blade to achieve <br /> the final product.
