ARTICLE XV <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> Section 15.1 Assignment. The provisions of this Lease shall extend to and be binding upon <br /> the heirs, personal representatives, successors, assigns and sublessees of the respective parties to this <br /> Lease. Lessee may assign this Lease only with the prior written consent of Lessor, such consent may not <br /> be unreasonably withheld. Lessor may assign this Lease without Lessee's consent. Lessee shall have the <br /> right to subcontract with others for the performance of exploration, development and mining work <br /> hereunder, with the prior written consent of Lessor, subject to all terms of this Lease, but no such <br /> subcontract shall relieve Lessee of its obligations to Lessor hereunder. <br /> Section 15.2 Notice.
