This report was prepared to comply with the <br /> Environmental Protection Plan approved by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br /> Safety, and the conditions set forth in Attachment B of the Bureau of Land Management's <br /> Decision Record, Finding of No Significant Impact, and Final Environmental Assessment for the <br /> Whirlwind Mine Uranium Mining Project, September 2008. <br /> During the first quarter of 2021, EFRI Field Personnel attempted to access the Mine.
