A Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) permit has been applied for by the Applicant, Sun River Run <br /> Ranch RV LLC, for a gravel mining permit on the property known as River Run Ranch and Smith Creek <br /> Crossing. The Town of Granby previously applied for and was granted a gravel permit for the same area <br /> when the Town owned the property, and Sun River Run Ranch RV LLC currently has a contractual right to <br /> mine gravel under the Town's permit.As Sun River Run Ranch RV LLC is now the new owner, the company <br /> has applied for a permit in its own name <br /> The mining operation is intended to be operated for construction materials to be used on the property owned <br /> by Sun River Run Ranch RV LLC and its affiliates, and we believe given the area of the mining and the <br /> limited scope of the work, it will be of no negative impact to your structure. <br /> We have included a structure agreement required by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety as <br /> part of Sun River Run Ranch RV LLC's application for a permit We would very much appreciate it if an <br /> authorized representative would provide a notarized signature and return the original agreement to us in <br /> the prepaid envelope included with this mailing.
